Jonathan was born with some weird thing or whatever, and cannot be affected by like, any sort of lighting or shading. SO, if he we're to step in a pitch black room, he wouldn't be engulfed by the darkness. Does that make any sense??? I dunnooo.... anyway, I drew an example since I'm not the best at explaining it with words. :p
